As I reflect on today, I can only imagine the challenges many young people go through especially the young women. There is so much noice on social media and it can be difficult trying to decide what is the truth and what is not.

Focus on your goals, believe in your passion, be inspired by others but do not let the pressures of social media make you feel unworthy.
